Who we are
History
Jasper Freeride has grown its reputation as a highly competitive freestyle team at a first-class ski resort, Marmot Basin, since 1996. Well-known amongst ski clubs for our club competitions, our membership is growing and active. Our club membership has athletes aged 6 to 18 from Jasper, Hinton and Edmonton and area. Every weekend throughout the ski season these kids are on the slopes training, competing and having fun.
Community
Athlete families are strongly encouraged to be engaged in our programming. Volunteerism is a huge part of having a successful program. Whether helping with a fence, assisting with the annual competition or holding a board/Coordinator position there are always many opportunities for you to be involved.
