dryland Training

Dryland training is an important part of athlete development for both ski and snowboard athletes pursuing competitive pathways. Dry slope and trampoline sessions provide valuable opportunities to develop skills, body awareness, coordination, confidence, and air sense in a controlled environment away from the snow.

These sessions complement on-snow training by allowing athletes to build repetition, refine movement patterns, and progress technical and aerial skills that can transfer directly to their sport.

Dryland opportunities are offered to ski and snowboard athletes based on coach availability, facility access, athlete needs, and program objectives, providing additional training opportunities to support long-term competitive development.

Please watch this page for available opportunities.

If you are unsure if this training is applicable for your athlete please reach out to a Head Coach or Team Manager to inquire.
